Profit Before Tax up 17% to $7.1 Billion; Increased Dividend Declared for Q2 2026
GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has released its unaudited financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting strong growth in revenue and profitability, underpinned by solid performances across its food and financial services businesses. The Group has also declared an increased dividend for stockholders, reflecting its continued focus on delivering sustainable shareholder value.
For the period, GK recorded revenue of J$93.1 billion, an increase of J$4.1 billion over the corresponding period in 2025. Profit before tax rose by 17% to J$7.1 billion, resulting in net profit attributable to stockholders of J$4.8 billion. Earnings per stock unit for the period was J$4.82, compared with J$4.30 in 2025, a 12.1% increase.
Following the positive half-year performance, GK declared a dividend of J$0.70 per stock unit, payable on September 21, 2026, totalling approximately J$690 million. This represents an increase of 10.5% year to date and is the third interim dividend payment for 2026, bringing total dividends declared for the year to approximately J$1.78 billion.

GK’s Food segment delivered solid growth, driven by the continued strength of its international business, the sustained recovery of its domestic operations following Hurricane Melissa, resilient demand across key brands, and the benefits of expanded distribution, new product innovation and effective operational execution.
GraceKennedy Financial Group delivered an impressive first-half performance, with double-digit growth in revenue and profit in the Insurance segment and strong results from the Banking & Investments segment. The Money Services segment maintained profitability, supported by higher investment income and ongoing operational efficiencies. The business continues to advance its business transformation through investment in digital channels, including the expansion of the GK One app across the Caribbean, strengthening its position for long-term growth.
