Annual General Meeting – Registration

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of GraceKennedy Limited (GKL) will be held in hybrid format on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. from The Don Wehby Building (GK Headquarters) at 42-56 Harbour Street, Kingston, Jamaica and online.

Shareholders and non-shareholders are required to register to attend the meeting.

REGISTRATION STEPS

You may register to attend the meeting either in-person or online via Zoom.

When registering, you will be asked to provide your name, email address and (where applicable) your organisation.

Shareholders will also be required to provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • JCSD, TTCD, or GK share account number

Please note:

  • If you have more than one share account number, only one account number should be entered during registration.
  • Only shareholders or their duly appointed proxies will be eligible to vote at the AGM.
