Chief Financial Officer

Fay McIntosh was appointed Chief Financial Officer of GraceKennedy Limited on December 1, 2006.

Mrs. McIntosh joined the GraceKennedy Group in 1978 as Staff Accountant. Over the years she has held many accounting positions. She was appointed Finance & Administration Manager in March 1996. Prior to her being named Chief Financial Officer, she was Deputy CFO, a position she held since October 1998.

Mrs. McIntosh serves on the boards of several GraceKennedy subsidiaries including GraceKennedy (Belize) Limited, GraceKennedy Remittance Services Limited, GK Foods & Services Limited, GraceKennedy (Ontario) Inc. and Grace Foods International Division. She also serves as a director of Grace Co-Operative Credit Union Ltd., GraceKennedy Foundation and Grace & Staff Community Development Foundation.

In May 2008, Mrs. McIntosh was the recipient of an “Award of Excellence for Women in Business” by The Kiwanis Club of New Kingston at their Awards Luncheon “In Celebration of Women”.

An alumna of St. Andrew High School for Girls, she serves as a board member of the school’s Foundation.

Mrs. McIntosh holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The University of the West Indies; and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
She and her husband have three adult children. Her hobbies are walking, gardening, reading and collecting art.
